Warranty
This stage is the final step of our stage-gate process. It is started when we have completed the project and handed over the plant to the customer.
The warranty is covering defects arising after the hand over to the customer. Wear parts are not covered by our warranty.
The warranty phase covers:

Contractual obligations observed in the warranty period (including service free of charge).

Assisting the customers in case technical questions arise.

Service intervals observed.

Selling of additional equipment and wear parts.
To assist our customers in maintaining their plants in a good state of repair we are offering after-sales service contracts with visits at regular intervals from our experienced service engineers. The after-sales service reports will among other things focus on wear-parts, as it is essential to replace wear parts before serious breakdowns develop. |
