Design

This stage will detail all bits and pieces of the plant. Internally we will review the design and forward drawings to final approval at the customer. Also the following details will be defined definitely:

• Final clarification of the interfaces.
• Final determination of scope of supply.
• Detailed time schedule.
• Distribution and definition of tasks.
• Communication lines.
• Design and construction.
• Parts lists and drawings.
• Purchasing activities are started up.
• The production of components is started up.

This stage is concluded with a customer approval of the design.
