Contract

The contract forms the basis of the project. It stipulates all agreements between the customer and WEISS, including:

• Documents relating to the project.
• An exact description of interfaces: Customer/WEISS/other suppliers.
• A description of the fuel quality and a description of the consequences, if the fuel does not comply with the expected fuel quality.
• Approved time schedule.
• Prior approval from ourselves and our sub-suppliers.
• Price and terms of payment.
• Warranty provisions.
• Superior design of the plant and description of the technical solution.
• Gantt chart showing expected project status development.
• Description of wear parts.

This gate is concluded when sales hands over the project to the project manager and his team.
