Stage-gate process

The plants are growing, the statutory requirements are becoming more stringent – and we want to maintain our position as one of the best performing companies within our line of business and last but not least we want to meet the expectations of our customers. To comply with these targets we have in a cross-functional cooperation introduced our stage-gate project during the autumn of 2007.

With the stage-gate process we secure the supply of projects in shorter time and to a high degree of accuracy, and we live up to quality requirements, time schedules and budgets agreed upon.

The stage-gate process incorporates eight gates that are considered reached when the pre-set targets of the gates are fulfilled.
