New owner of Weiss A/S

Envikraft Invest A/S, which is the investor behind Envikraft A/S and SEM Stålindustri a/s,has added Weiss A/S to the group of companies, and is now the owner of three companies in the energy business.

The purchase of Weiss A/S is regarded as a reinforcement of the group of companies, being in the business of sale, projecting and installation of systems for energy production, especially within bio energy and waste combustion.

Envikraft A/S located in Birkerød at See land, sells and projects waste combustion systems for a wide range of fuel within combustion of waste, ranging from crematorium ovens to combustion of waste from nuclear power plants.

SEM Stålindustri a/s located in Søndersø at Funen, produces combustion systems for Envikraft A/S, and is sub supplier of a range of components within the energy business and the machinery industry.

Weiss A/S proceeds – as earlier – to sell, project and install combustion systems for waste, wood chips, straw and other biomass products within the energy sector.

The production of Weiss A/S components will be made at SEM Stålindustri a/s. SEM Stålindustri a/s will manufacture the components for all three companies.

The Service Department from Weiss A/S is an important part of the gathered united service from both Envikraft A/S and Weiss A/S. This will ensure the well known high standard of service for both existing and new customers.

The achieved synergy consolidating Weiss A/S and Envikraft A/S will strengthen both companies to meet the coming challenges in the biomass and waste combustion business.
